Here is the change log for alpha version 5.3:

• New/Changed
  • Changed "Remove Injury" in Player Edit screen to now be "Remove/Add (Random) Injury"
  • Added a new email for when you individually train a player
    • Currently you get one when you do group training
  • Added training improvements to player history screen
    • If the player does not improve it won't add anything to his history
  • Removed injured players from being able to be trained
• Fixed/Improvements
  • Fix for injured players still playing in games
  • Fixed Player card stats grids not being placed correctly
  • Tweaked number of interceptions thrown (should see fewer now)
    • Made accuracy have a heavier weight in throwing interceptions
  • Tweaked field goal numbers making it a little easier to make them at further distances
